Studies today confirm the positive impact of entrepreneurship on the economy.

Algeria is characterized by a lack of entrepreneurial culture because society grew up on the basis of socialist thinking, which has made the direction of entrepreneurship at a very low pace.

the authorities tried to remedy this by establishing several accompanying bodies aimed at reviving the spirit of entrepreneurship and accompanying entrepreneurs but did not take into account the different patterns of entrepreneurs.

the problem of research revolved around the following pivotal question: what are the characteristics and specifications of the entrepreneur in Algeria? to answer this question, a field study based on a questionnaire handed to a sample of 174 entrepreneurs in the three states: Constantine, Mila, and Jijel.

we found that there was a difference in the entrepreneur’s pattern from state to state.
