Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of decision-making in crisis management, from the point of view senior officers course in Palestinian national security, and the descriptive approach was used to collect data from the study community.

the results of the study concluded that the overall degree of level decision-making from the point of view trainees of senior officers' course came to a medium degree.

and that there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of decision-making from the point of view trainees in senior officers course due to the variables (educational qualification, years of service, military rank, and job title).

and the overall degree of crisis management from the point of view trainees senior officers course came to a medium degree.

the study recommended that the institution should pay attention to providing flexible information that leads to quick decision-making.

and the need for the institution to work on the participation of all administrative levels in decision-making.

the need for the institution to use the differentiation method when making decisions in the institution.
