The study aims to study the crime of financial fraud using information and communication technology crime, the new type of crime, which relies on very advanced techniques to carry out criminal acts in a professional and less expensive manner and in a short period of time, by identifying its most important components and by highlighting the legislature's position on this crime through the substantive texts adopted in this regard, not to mention the measures it has introduced to adapt them to the seriousness of this criminal phenomenon.

to conclude that the crime of financial fraud by relying on the information technology system is an emerging crime, threatens states' economies and even their national security, making them among the most serious economic crimes.
