The developed countries provide customs facilities for developing countries within the framework of the generalized system of preferences to increase their exports and financial resources.

Partnership contracts are concluded between the countries of the North and the countries of the South, especially for the purpose of commercial exchanges on the basis of common interest with the aim of economic integration.

The Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) is offered voluntarily from developed countries to developing countries free of charge.

As for partnership contracts, they are concluded between the parties on the basis of common interest.
