نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور حول معالجة ظاهرة مست جميع جامعات العالم على العموم و الجامعات الجزائرية على وجه الخصوص، و هي محاضرات بمدرجات فارغة أو شبه فارغة في مشاهد باتت تتكرر في كل عام، وفقا لأحد النماذج البارزة في إدارة الأزمات و هو نموذج جاءا به (Murphy & Bayley)، من خلال استقصاء آراء عينة من طلبة تخصص إدارة الأعمال (سنة ثالثة، أولى و الثانية ماستر بجامعة المدية) و بالاعتماد على مصفوفة SWOT لتحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها.
تلخصت أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة فيما يأتي : 73.6% من الطلبة المستقصيين يتغيبون عن محاضراتهم بصفة دائمة أو متكررة ؛ أما الأسباب الفعلية التي تقف وراء تغيب الطلبة المستقصيين تتمثل في : أزمة المواصلات، شعورهم بعدم جدوى المحاضرات، استطاعتهم عند اقتراب الامتحانات نسخ جميع المحاضرات المتغيبين عنها مما يغنيهم عن حضورها، حضورهم لحصة الأعمال الموجهة يمكنهم من تدارك ما فاتهم في المحاضرة، مصادفة الأعياد الوطنية و الدينية ليوم يسبق أو يلي المحاضرة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to present a perception about addressing a phenomenon that has touched all the universities in the world in general and the Algerian universities in particular, which is lectures with empty or semi-empty amphitheaters, in repeated scenes every year, according to one of the prominent models in crisis management, a model brought by (Murphy & Bayley), through a survey of a sample of business administration students and based on the SWOT matrix to analyze the findings.
the actual reasons behind the absence of the surveyed students are the transportation crisis, their sense of the futility of the lectures, when the exams are approaching, they can copy all the lectures that are absent from them....
