This scientific article aims through a theoretical reading to analyze the historical and social heritage of the relationship between language and culture : in terms of addressing their implications in the concept and characteristics and their importance in building human society and forms of development.

it has been found through the analysis that there is a close relationship between these two concepts.

culture does not take shape unless a group of elements and components that form the concept of culture come together for us, and there can be no culture without the presence of language.

in the sense that : language is the one that elevates the members of society to human development and urbanization, and culture is a necessity for a language in which we express ourselves.

thus, language becomes a cultural activity before everything.

where it is always studied, it is necessary to talk about the issue of representation when looking at another culture.

indeed, culture is characterized by heterogeneity in its social, historical and imaginative dimensions as well.
