E-commerce has attracted a wide range of Internet users, so its speed and efficiency pushed the traditional consumer to transform into an electronic consumer who depends on the electronic contract and electronic media.

Given that the contract is carried out remotely, this consumer is faced with various risks that justify extending protection to him.

Perhaps the most prominent mechanism to protect it, given the environment in which the transaction takes place, is its right to information or insight, which is through specifying the personality of the provider and describing the product or service subject of the contract and requiring that it be informed in the national language.

An increase in the consumer's right to renounce the contract.
