The importance of the research lies in describing and analyzing a new concept of leadership, which is technological leadership, as technological leadership requires many accurate scientific methods and techniques that require expertise and pioneering specializations, which requires those in charge of performing their work in a high manner through achieving technological leadership to be accomplished.

it allows in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences and to provide those in charge of them with the financial and material capabilities necessary to reach the application of technological leadership.

, as for the research problem by informing the researchers of some references and scientific sources that were concerned with recent developments through the use of technology in many tasks and areas although the current era suffers from many problems, the most important of which is the cause of the spread of the corona virus, as educational and educational institutions have been interested in using technology in many of its fields.
