Abstract EN

In the current era, the classification of countries has taken a new tangent that's very different from previous eras.

the goal being to reflect around the question of the development and underdevelopment of countries.

the once rigorous standards were intimately connected to vast grounds and natural resources.

today, we essentially converge around two main points: the progress of research and investments in human and technological capital.

these are all the circumstances that birthed civilizations and states.

regarding the power of science and education, all societies strongly believe in their importance, thereby making higher education the cornerstone upon which the process of societal development lies.

Algeria, much like its predecessors, has finally understood the importance of higher education, however, despite all its efforts it's needs in financial and organizational resources as well as all the imbalances hinder the proper functioning of higher education are heavily felt.

from all of the above, this article aims to highlight a theoretical vision of teaching in higher education institutions in Algeria, while trying to bring awareness to all the imbalances and difficulties that hinder the application of internationally recognized teaching methods.

Dans la période actuelle, les mesures de classification des états en termes de progrès et de sous-développement ont varié, les normes qui dépendaient auparavant de la richesse naturelle et de l’espace vaste des états ont changé et se sont focalisées sur les réalisations, la recherche et l’investissement des états dans le capital humain et technologique .cela montre l’éveil des peuples et des etats à l’importance de la science et de l’éducation.

c’est pourquoi les sociétés ont fait des établissements d’enseignement universitaire l’une des institutions les plus importantes de la société, afin de prendre l’initiative de faire progresser les sociétés.

l’Algérie, comme d’autres pays, a reconnu l’importance de l’enseignement supérieur, mais, malgré son audace, elle a encore besoin de ressources matérielles et de compétences organisationnelles pour réduire tous les déséquilibres qui entravent son fonctionnement normal.cet article vise à donner une base théorique à l’enseignement supérieur en Algérie, ainsi que d’essayer de mettre en évidence tous les déséquilibres et les difficultés qui entravent la mise en oeuvre des procédures éducatives en vigueur dans le monde entier.
