تعالج دراستنا موضوع البرمجيات الوثائقية مفتوحة المصدر وتطبيقاتها في المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية، حيث إن عملية التحول نحو البرمجيات الوثائقية مفتوحة المصدر يمر بمراحل علمية ومنهجية وجب اتباعها بدقة وتطبيقها بإتقان، فنجاح تطبيق المشروع بالمكتبات الجامعية يؤدي إلى تحسين خدماتها للمستفيدين والارتقاء بمستوى أدائها ويفتح لها آفاق تطوير ورقمنة رصيدها على المدى البعيد، لذلك جاءت هاته الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على أهم سمات وخصائص البرمجيات الوثائقية مفتوحة المصدر للمكتبات الجامعية وآليات تطبيقها.
Abstract EN
This study deals with the subject of open source documentary software and its applications in Algerian university libraries, as the process of shifting towards open source documentary software goes through scientific and methodological stages that must be followed carefully and applied perfectly.
and the digitization of its balance in the long term, so this study came to shed light on the most important features and characteristics of open source documentary software for university libraries and the mechanisms of its application.

Cette étude traite du sujet des logiciels documentaires open source et de leurs applications dans les bibliothèques universitaires Algériennes, alors que le processus de basculement vers les logiciels documentaires open source passe par des étapes scientifiques et méthodologiques qui doivent être suivies attentivement et parfaitement appliquées.
à long terme, cette étude a donc permis de mettre en lumière les fonctionnalités et caractéristiques les plus importantes des logiciels documentaires open source pour les bibliothèques universitaires et les mécanismes de leur application.
