نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى أرشفة الويب من حيث المصطلح والممارسة باعتبارها إحدى المسؤوليات التي تعنى بها المكتبات ومؤسسات الأرشيف وإلقاء الضوء على الغموض الذي يكتنفها، وكذا مصطلح أرشيف الويب الذي هو نتيجة لهذا النشاط، وبالتالي تمثل هذه الدراسة محاولة لاستعراض (1) الإنتاج الوثائقي في بيئة الويب والخصائص الديناميكية والاتصالية والتفاعلية التي تجعل من الصعب تحديد وتعريف هذا الإنتاج والتي بطبيعة الحال تميزه عن باقي البيئات الأخرى التقليدية والإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى الخوض في (2) إشكالية مصطلحي أرشفة الويب وأرشيف الويب واستخداماتهما وما قد يترتب على هذا الاستخدام من تداخل بين مجالي المكتبات والأرشيف، من خلال مناقشة صحة استخدام هذين المصطلحين في بيئة الويب، والتطرق إلى تأثير الممارسات الأرشيفية على أنشطة أرشفة الويب، (3) أخيرا سوف تقدم هذه الدراسة نبذة مختصرة عن أنشطة أرشفة الويب عبر العالم بين المكتبات الوطنية ومراكز الأرشيف الوطنية والمنظمات غير الحكومية بالإضافة إلى مؤسسات ومبادرات أخرى.
Abstract EN
Through this study, we seek to address the archiving of the web in terms of term and practice as one of the responsibilities of libraries and archive institutions.
shed light on the ambiguity surrounding it, as well as the term web archive that is the result of this activity.
therefore, this study represents an attempt to review (1) documentary production in the web environment.
the dynamic, communicative and interactive characteristics that make it difficult to define this production that naturally distinguish it from other environments, traditional and electronic.
in addition, to delving into (2) the problem of the terms, web archiving and web archiving and their uses, and the possible overlap between this use in libraries and archives, by discussing the validity of use these two terms in the web environment.
moreover, touching on the impact of archival practices on web archiving activities.
(3) finally, this study will provide a brief history of web archiving activities around the world between national libraries and national archives centers, NGOs, as well as other institutions and initiatives.

A travers cette étude, nous cherchons à aborder l'archivage du web en termes de terme et de pratique comme l'une des responsabilités des bibliothèques et institutions d'archives.
faire la lumière sur l'ambiguïté qui l'entoure, ainsi que sur le terme archive web qui est le résultat de cette activité.
par conséquent, cette étude représente une tentative d'examiner (1) la production documentaire dans l'environnement web.
les caractéristiques dynamiques, communicatives et interactives qui rendent difficile la définition de cette production la distinguent naturellement des autres environnements, traditionnels et électroniques.
de plus, d'approfondir (2) la problématique des termes, archivage web et archivage web et leurs usages, et le chevauchement possible entre cet usage dans les bibliothèques et les archives, en discutant de la validité de l'usage de ces deux termes dans l'environnement web.
en outre, abordant l'impact des pratiques d'archivage sur les activités d'archivage web.
(3) enfin, cette étude fournira un bref historique des activités d'archivage du web dans le monde entre les bibliothèques nationales et les centres d'archives nationaux, les ONG, ainsi que d'autres institutions et initiatives.
