سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، الكشف عن مختلف الوسائل الاتصالية والتكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال التي توظفها مؤسسة سونلغاز قسنطينة 02 في إدارتها للأزمات التي تعترضها بين الحين والآخر.
حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، الذي يقوم على تفسير الظاهرة بهدف الانتهاء إلى وصف عملي دقيق ومتكامل للأزمة التي تقوم على الحقائق المرتبطة.
كما وظفنا الاستمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات.
وفي الأخير خلصنا إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها، أن المؤسسة تعتمد على بعض الوسائل والتكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال، كما تغفل البعض الآخر.
Abstract EN
Through this research document, we will try to discover the different means of communication and the modern information and communication technologies that Sonelgaz Constantine 02 uses to manage the crises that it encounters from time to time.
where we relied on the descriptive approach, which is based on the explanation of the phenomenon in order to conclude a precise and complete practical description of the crisis based on the associated facts.
we also used the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection.
in the end, we have come to the fundamental conclusion that the institution depends on certain modern information and communication means and technologies, but neglects others.

A travers ce document de recherche, nous tenterons de découvrir les différents moyens de communication et les technologies modernes de l'information et de la communication que sonelgaz constantine 02 utilise pour gérer les crises qu'elle rencontre de temps en temps.
où nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche descriptive, qui est basée sur l'explication du phénomène afin de conclure une description pratique précise et complète de la crise à partir des faits associés.
nous avons également utilisé le questionnaire comme outil de base pour la collecte de données.
en fin de compte, nous sommes arrivés à la conclusion fondamentale que l’institution dépend de certains moyens et technologies modernes d’information et de communication, mais en néglige d’autres.
