للبعد الإكسيوتنظيمي أهمية بالغة في فهم ديناميكية تحقيق التجديد التكنولوجي، وذلك للاعتبارات الضبطية والتوجيهية التي تحملها القيم التنظيمية للعاملين في جميع المستويات التنظيمية، مما يولد إمكانية استعمالها كاستراتيجية داعمة للتجديد التكنولوجي خاصة في البيئة الداخلية للتنظيم، لكونها النسق الذي يتم فيه تفريع جميع الترسبات القيمية للفرد العامل والناتجة من تفاعلاته السوسيوثقافية على مدار المدى البعيد، ففيها تتحول القيم من كينونتها التجريدية الواعية واللاواعية إلى كينونتها المادية الملموسة والتي يمكن ملاحظتها عيانا في أداء العاملين، وفي هذا المقال سنتطرق إلى كيفيات دعم المنظومة القيمية لبيئة التجديد في المؤسسات، عن طريق تبيان أهم الاستراتيجيات السامحة بذلك.
Abstract EN
The institutional dimension is critical to understanding the dynamic of the technological innovation because of the prudential and guiding of considerations of organizational values for workers at all organizational levels, this creates the potential to be used as a support strategy for technological innovation, especially in the internal environment of regulation because it is the pattern in which all the valuable deposits are emptied the individual workers and the result of his or her cultural interactions over the course of the term remote, in which values are transformed from being abstract, conscious and subconscious to being material that is tangible and that we can observe with an eye in performance workers.
in this article we will look at how to support the value system for the enterprise renewal environment by demonstrating the most important strategies that will permit this

La dimension institutionnelle est essentielle à la compréhension de la dynamique de l’innovation technologique en raison de la prudence et de l’orientation des considirations des valeurs organisationnelles pour les travailleurs à tous les niveaux organisationnels, ce qui crée le potentiel d’être utilisé comme une stratégie de soutien à l’innovation technologique, en particulier dans l’environnement interne de la réglementation parce que c’est le modèle dans lequel tous les dépôts précieux sont vidés les travailleurs individuels et le résultat de ses interactions culturelles au cours de la terme à distance, dans lequel les valeurs sont transformées d’abstruction, consciente et subconsciente à être matériel qui est tangible et que nous pouvons observer avec un oeil dans les travailleurs de la performance.
dans cet article, nous examinerons comment soutenir le système de valeurs pour l’environnement de renouvellement de l’entreprise en démontrant les stratégies les plus importantes qui le permettront.
