إن موضوع الطلاق موضوع متداخل الأسباب؛ كونه يرتبط بالزوجين أحدهما أو كليهما وبأهاليهما، وفي مقالنا سنحاول التركيز على ذكر أهم الأسباب المؤدية لحدوثه، انطلاقا من دراسة حقلية تضمنت 29 حالة من المطلقات من فئات عمرية واجتماعية وكذا ثقافية متعددة وبيئات جغرافية مختلفة، حيث أسفرت الدراسة على تنوع الأسباب، فمنها ما تعلق بالزوجين ومنها ما تعلق بتدخل الأهل، وفقا لتوزيع جغرافية الأسباب التي كان لها الأثر الكبير في حدوث الطلاق.
Abstract EN
In this article, we will try to achieve the primary goal of revealing the motives behind the occurrence of divorce, in addition to the reality of this phenomenon in Algerian society.
to show us in the end that causes multiple learning of the couple and knows them ahead, according to the map of the distribution of the causes of the occurrence of this phenomenon according to the geography of the areas in the Algerian society.
