The research talks about the methodological approaches used by "Imam al-Wahidi" in weighing between the sayings in his al-Waseet book.

these paths varied according to the location of the verse and its subject.

this was preceded by a statement of his weighting formulas, and a brief translation of "Imam al-Wahidi" and his method in "mediated interpretation." all this with the aim of explaining the scholars’ interest in the subject of explanatory scientific methods related to weighting and selection, clarifying their methods in this, and clarifying the aspects of deduction for evidence, with my use of the method of deduction and analysis.

the research reached results, the most important of which are: the validity of taking the recommendations of "Imam al-Wahidi" in "al-Waseet" book related to the Qur'anic readings.
