هدفت هذه المقالة إلى دراسة تأثير تطبيق أنظمة إدارة الجودة و الصحة و السلامة و البيئة (QHSE) على الأداء الكلي لشركات النفط في الجزائر.
خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى آثار إيجابية، لكنها متغيرة حسب نوع نظام الإدارة.
حيث أنه لوحظت آثار إيجابية بعد تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة ؛ و قد أتاح تطبيق نظام إدارة الصحة و السلامة (SMS) تحسين أداء الصحة و السلامة المهنية للشركات و تعزيز صورة علامتها التجارية مع تأثير غير مباشر على الأداء المالي ؛ بالنسبة لنظام الإدارة البيئية (EMS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى نفس تأثيرات نظام إدارة الصحة و السلامة، و لكن العلاقة بين نظام الإدارة البيئية و النتائج المالية واضحة بشكل أفضل.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this article is to present the impact of the implementation of QHSE management systems on the overall performance of oil companies in Algeria.
the results of the study concluded to have positive effects, but they vary depending on the type of management system.
thus, beneficial effects were observed after the implementation of the QMS ; the implementation of SMS has made it possible to improve the OSH performance of companies and to enhance their brand image with an indirect effect on financial performance ; for the EMS, we concluded the same impacts as the SMS, but the link between the EMS and the financial results is better established.

Cet article a pour objet de présenter l'impact de la mise en place des systèmes de management qualité, hygiène et sécurité et environnement (QHSE) sur la performance globale des entreprises pétrolières en Algérie.
les résultats de l'étude ont conclus des effets positifs, mais variables selon le type de système de management.
ainsi des effets bénéfiques ont été constatés après la mise en place du système de management de la qualité ; la mise en place de système de management de la santé et sécurité (SMS) a permis d'améliorer les performances en SST des entreprises et de valoriser leur image de marque avec un effet indirect sur la performance financière ; pour le système de management environnemental (SME), nous avons conclu les mêmes impacts que le SMS, mais le lien entre le SME et les résultats financiers est mieux établi.
