تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ملامح و اتجاهات التكامل العمودي في مؤسسة سوناطراك، و قياس درجة هذا التكامل و مدى تأثير هذه الاستراتيجية على القوة السوقية للمؤسسة.
حيث بينت النتائج المتحصل عليها من هذه الدراسة، أن زيادة درجة التكامل العمودي في مؤسسة سوناطراك، تعمل على خفض تكاليف إنتاجها، مما يؤدي إلى تعزيز قوتها السوقية، من خلال العلاقة الإيجابية المتحصل عليها بين المتغيرين، و درجة الارتباط بينها
Abstract EN
This study aims to determine the features and trends of vertical integration in the SONATRACH Company, and to measure the degree of this integration and the extent of the impact of this strategy on its market power.
The results obtained from this study showed that increasing the degree of vertical integration in SONATRACH reduces its production costs, which leads to enhancing its market power, through the positive relationship obtained between the two variables, and the degree of correlation between them.
