The phenomenon of job burnout is a social and psychological phenomenon that has attracted the attention of researchers, and it is a phenomenon with multiple manifestations that may occur, and is one of the most important phenomena that afflict workers in government institutions, despite the diversity of the paths of the search movement in the field of combustion.

reality indicates the need for direct studies on the level of job burnout in particular and its relationship to social support, this is what the study seeks by identifying its problem to understand the relationship between job burnout and social support among workers in the Patient Services Department and the eligibility of treatment in the Security Forces Hospital Program.

it aims to determine the level of job burnout, and reveal the reality of social support, and the impact of some variables on the level of job burnout and the sense of social support.

They used the descriptive approach, and relied on a questionnaire in data collection, and applied to (155) individuals The results revealed that the level of job burnout was high and that the level of feeling social support was medium, and there was a significant inverse relationship between job burnout and its subdimensions such as (nature of work, financial return), and social support among workers in the Patient Services Department and eligibility for treatment.
