Sufi poetry is the least fortunate colour of Arabic literature in the attention of contemporaries, despite the depth of the relationship, especially the depth of the linguistic relationship in the use of a language that leaves stereotypes and goes towards the symbol, hence the enrichment of this colour of literature between the research concept of the sufi symbol and in particular the symbol of yarn and the relationship of this symbol to women, and we relied in the research material on the diwan of the Sufi poet Ibn Siwar Al-Dimashqi and this study required the use of the analytical descriptive approach in the study of the symbol of yarn.

It should be noted that the study was for specific models of diwan, those models that clearly constitute an objective, cognitive or artistic phenomenon.
