Abstract EN

Yeman has Wmessed during the various stages of history the emergence and the fall of many states.

The main law that may be applied upon the history of Yemen is that it is the history full of struggle to establish an independent unified state.

For each state, there is a Significant role in keeping the Arab Civilized character.

One of the states That Has been established in Yemen is Bani .

Najah state.

Its history has extended to moree Tham one and ahalf century (412 - 554H.

/1021 - 1159 A..D) This state has been ruled by so many rulers known by (kings), They have distinguished deeds particulardy in the field of unifying Yemen, and facing chllenges in that confused period of Arab Islamic history .

In addition, there is the great role done by some Kings of that state in the fild serving Arab Islamic culture.

Inorder to understand the Fact of Bani Najah State in Yemen , this paper Searchs in the Circumstances of establishing and falling the state putting all this in the general historic Context of the Arab Islamic State during the Abbasid Chaliphates in their Capital Bagdad 132-656 H.
