Abstract EN

This research deals with the nature of the relationship between the states and federal systems in the United States by studying the political reality of the social, economic and cultural forces for their role in applying the foundations of the real federal system which happened in the United States since its foundation.

Political elites had an important role in delineating the nature of that system beside society and economic factors which played significant role in installing pillars of that system.

So, the study demonstrates the capability of the political governing elites in crystallizing this unique system, until it became one of the political systems that some countries sought to copy and apply its experience too.
