This research aims to study the phenomenon of sexual abuse of children in Algerian society, or pedophilia, to search for the most important characteristics of the child that make him a victim of that, To reach the results, we relied on the descriptive analytical method and the case study method in analyzing and presenting a group of children who were subjected to abuse or attempted sexual abuse.

It was found in the results that there are a number of social and demographic indicators that are unique to the child, which makes him a victim of a sexual aggressor.
