Recent scientific developments in the field of medicine have changed the nature of the obligations that the doctor has, which would guarantee the patient’s right to treatment.

on this basis, we aim through this study to shed light on the nature of the obligations arising from medical work and the type of medical responsibility, we concluded through this study that responsibility differs according to each legislation, but its scope does not come out as a contract, and the obligation that falls on is an obligation to exert care as an asset and an obligation to achieve a result as an exception to protect patients.
