Abstract EN

The modern concept of the public service delegations is very ambiguous, especially after the structural vision adopted by the Algerian Law, followed by the French legislator.

Thus, this concept constitutes different contracts that should be defined and checked as one entity.

On the other hand it's characterized by flexibility and the degree of financial risks which other part of contract assumes it.

This study analyses the contracts of public service delegation according to different Algerian legal texts, as an attempt to reach the goal of the Algerian legislator behind the adoption of this concept.
