Abstract EN

This study aims to present the structure of the Algerian banking system in light of the amendments, that were made to the Monetary and Loan Law 90-10.

By analyzing the evolution of the Algerian banking system structure, before and after the issuance of this law.

It was concluded that the structure of the Algerian banking system was affected by the laws and amendments, that were made to the monetary and loan law.

As well as its response to the international changes that surround it, in order to keep pace with the decisions of the Basel Committee and the requirements of Islamic banking.
