There are fundamental principles and general jurisprudential rules that contribute to the consolidation of social justice.

The jurists exerted their efforts by examining the legal texts in jurisprudence and rooting them in the fundamentals to build a society where justice prevails through the statement of the Islamic formula for building the human being and the factors of demolition and emphasizing in treatment on the primary headings in legislation and through a clear Islamic approach that is not polluted by the taint of deviation and the treatment of these factors to transcend the human being in building social life, and the treatment of forms of injustice in society, both in writing and in practice.
