تضمن الحقوق السياسية مشاركة المواطنين في الشؤون العامة و الحياة السياسية، إلا أن هذه الحقوق تقتضي حمايتها من خلال ضمانات تحقق حماية هذه الحقوق، كما تكفل ممارستها من قبل الإفراد بصورة فعلية، و لحماية هذه الحقوق من الانتهاك لابد من وجود ضمانات دستورية مقررة لحمايتها من تجاوز السلطات العامة في الدولة، سواء أكانت السلطة التشريعية عند قيامها بسن تشريع ينتهك هذه الحقوق أو يقيدها، أو عند قيام السلطة التنفيذية بتعطيل ممارسة هذه الحقوق سواء في الظروف العادية أو الاستثنائية، و من خلال البحت في دستور جمهورية العراق لسنة 2005 تناولنا نوع الحماية المقررة لهذه الحقوق كما تناولنا بيان أنواع الحقوق السياسية وموقف دستور جمهورية العراق لسنة 2005 منها ابتداء.
Abstract EN
It guarantees the political rights of individuals to participate in public affairs and political life, but these rights require their protection by the existence of guarantees that guarantee the protection of these rights and ensure that they are actually exercised by individuals.
The Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005 We dealt with the type of protection granted to these rights, as well as the statement of the types of political rights and the position of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005 towards them.
