English Abstract

This study addressed the phenomenon of interfering in the models of modern Arabic poetry, taking the poetry of Mahmoud Darwish as an applied model, in that the phenomenon was represented in his poetry and enriched his poetic experiment.

The study consisted of an introduction, preface and three chapters.

The preface addressed the phenomenon of interfering as one of the poetics images of poetic modernity in the torchee poetry (free poetry).

The first chapter addressed the rhythm in Arabic poetry, inguistically and conceptually as well as the most important opinions about it in the past and at present.

I also addressed some of the issues closely related to rhythm, such as poetry, chanting, rhyme, weighing as well as the types and reasons of trochee.

The second chapter addressed interfering in the old Arabic poetry, in terms of representing a state of musical connection between the two parts of the poetic line.

I addressed its two types, such as the interfered and integrated.

Then, I addressed the morale interfering (implication) and the different views about it.

The third chapter addressed interfering in the modern poetry, and consisted of two parts.

The first part was about its origin, development and concept, while the second part included the applied side of the study in the poetry of Mahmoud Darwish, which demonstrates the semantic impact in his poetry, considering it as one of the technical methods used in constructing the poem.

The study concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results of the study, in addition to the resources and references used in the study.
