Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استقصاء فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مستند إلى الاتجاه العقلاني الانفعالي لخفض مستوى الحساسية الزائدة للنقد و العزلة الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين، و التعرف على استمرارية أثر البرنامج، و بلغت العينة الكلية (356) طالبًا و طالبة، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (40) طالبا و طالبةً و هم الذين سجلوا أعلى الأداء على مقياسي الحساسية الزائدة للنقد والعزلة الاجتماعية، و تم تطوير مقياس للحساسية الزائدة للنقد و مقياس للعزلة الاجتماعية، و التأكد من دلالات صدقهما و ثباتهما بالطرق العلمية المناسبة، و تم بناء برنامج إرشادي مستند إلى الاتجاه العقلاني الانفعالي، و أشارت النتائج إلى مستوى متوسط من الحساسية الزائدة للنقد و كذلك مستوى متوسط من العزلة الاجتماعية لدى عينة الدراسة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية بين متوسطات أداء أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية و الضابطة ، و في مستوى كل من الحساسية الزائدة للنقد، و مستوى درجة العزلة الاجتماعية في القياس البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط أداء أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في مستوى الحساسية الزائدة للنقد و مستوى العزلة الاجتماعية على القياسين البعدي والتتبعي.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الإهتمام بتطبيق برامج إرشادية لفئات أخرى غير الطلبة الموهوبين، لخفض المشكلات الانفعالية و التكيفية لديهم
English Abstract
This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a counseling program based on emotional and rational attitude in reducing the level of hyper sensitivity to criticism and social alienation among the gifted students as well as identifying the continuity of the program impact.
The total sample consisted of (356) male and female students, while the exploratory sample consisted of (40) male and female students from those who gained the highest scores on the scales of hyper sensitivity to criticism and social alienation.
The researcher developed the scale of hyper sensitivity to criticism and the scale of social alienation; their validity and reliability was verified.
A counseling program based on emotional and rational attitude was also constructed.
The study results showed that there was a medium level of hyper sensitivity to criticism and social alienation among the individuals of the study sample.
The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the total degree between the mean performance for the experimental and control groups as well as differences in the level of hyper sensitivity to criticism and social alienation in the post-measurement in favor of the experimental group.
The results revealed that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the performance of the individuals of the experimental group regarding the level of hyper sensitivity to criticism and the level of social alienation on the post-measurement and follow up.
The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including the necessity of paying more attention to applying the counseling programs to the gifted students in order to reduce adaptive and emotional difficulties among them.
