Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق إستراتيجيات إدارة المواهب لدى أندية كرة الطاولة في الأردن، حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في اندية كرة الطاولة في الأردن و البالغ عددهم (300) مدرب وإداري بحسب سجلات الاتحاد الأردني لكرة الطاولة للموسم 2020/2019، و استخدمت استبانة مكونة من (21) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور و هي محور جذب المواهب (7) فقرات و محور تطوير المواهب (6) فقرات و محور المحافظة على المواهب (8) فقرات، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) مدرب و إداري في أندية كرة الطاولة في الأردن.
اشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة المواهب لدى اندية كرة الطاولة في الأردن الكلي لاستراتيجية (جذب المواهب، تطوير المواهب المحافظة على المواهب حيث جاء على المستوى الكلي بدرجة متوسطة، كما اشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة المواهب لدى اندية كرة الطاولة في الأردن تبعا لمتغيرات (الصفة الوظيفية، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، و أوصت الباحثة بضرورة توعية القائمين على أندية كرة الطاولة بأهمية وجود إستراتيجيات لرعاية المواهب الرياضية من خلال عقد دورات و ورش عمل من قبل الاتحاد الأردني لكرة الطاولة.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of application of talent management strategies in table tennis clubs in Jordan, where the researcher used the descriptive method in its survey form, where the study community is of all the employees of table tennis clubs in Jordan and the number of (300) coach and administrator according to the records of the Jordanian Table Tennis Federation for the 2019/2020 season, a questionnaire of (21) paragraphs distributed over three axes, which is the focus of attracting talent (7) paragraphs, the axis of talent development (6) paragraphs, and the axis of talent preservation (8) paragraphs, and the sample of the study consisted of (200) coach and administrator in table tennis clubs in Jordan.
The results of the study indicated that the mathematical averages of the degree of applying talent management strategies for table tennis clubs in Jordan are total and for the strategy (attracting talent, developing talent, maintaining talent) as it came at the macro level with a medium degree, as the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences to the degree of Implementing talent management strategies for table tennis clubs in Jordan according to the variables (job description, experience, educational qualification), and the researcher recommended the need to educate the football club’s leaders of the importance of having strategies to sponsor sports talents through holding courses and workshops By the Jordanian Table Tennis Federation.
