Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الأمن الوظيفي و الصمود النفسي لدى العاملين في مصانع محافظة الكرك في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة الحالية و تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (442) عاملاً و عامله، تم تطوير مقياسين هما مقياس الأمن الوظيفي و مقياس الصمود النفسي، و التحقق مِن خصائصهما السيكومتريه من صدق و ثبات، و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من الأمن الوظيفي و الصمود النفسي لدى العاملين في مصانع محافظة الكرك، كما توصلت الدراسة الى أنّ هناك علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين الأمن الوظيفي و الصمود النفسي بالدرجة الكلية، و في بعض الأبعاد معاً، و إن الأمن الوظيفي لا يختلف تبعا للحالة الاجتماعية و الجنس، و الصمود النفسي كذلك لا يختلف تبعاً للحالة الإجتماعية، و لكن الصمود النفسي كان لدى الإناثأفضلَ مِنهُ لدى الذكور، و بناء على نتائج الدراسة تم الخروج ببعض التوصيات و منها العمل على تحسين الأمن الوظيفي و الصمود النفسي لدى العاملين في المصانع.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between job security and psychological resilience among employees in the factories of al-Karak city in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

To reach the goals of the current study, was selected (442) employee of male and female.

Job security and psychological Resilience, and verification of their psychometric properties of honesty and resilience the results of the study reached an average level of job security and psychological resilience among workers in the factories of al-Karak city, and the study also concluded that there is a positive correlation between job security and primarily psychological resilience, in some cases together, and that job security does not differ according to social status and gender, and psychological resilience is also not different depending on the social situation, but psychological resilience was better for females than for males, and based on the results of the study, some recommendations were made, including work to improve job security and constancy Psychological among workers in factories
