Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على البعد القومي في السياسة الخارجية الأردنية خلال الفترة (1999-2020) حيث تناولت الدراسة اهمية البعد القومي لدى النظام السياسي الأردني، واهميته في توجهات وسلوكيات صانع السياسة الخارجية الاردنية، كذلك ابرزت الدراسة دور صانع القرار السياسي في ترسيخ مدلولات ومضامين البعد القومي في خطابه السياسي في المحافل الدولية والقومية أمام الراي العام العالمي.

كما هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الدور الذي جسده الهاشميين نحو اقامة الدولة الموحدة، والمحاولات نحو اقامة التحالفات العربية لاستعادة مجد التاريخ العربي الحافل.

وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من اجل تحليل المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية وأثرها على صانع السياسة الخارجية الأردنية في علاقاته العربية.

وكذلك على المنهج التاريخي لاسترداد التاريخ الماضي واكتشاف حلول للمشاكل الجارية على ضوء ما تم في الماضي، حيث ان البعد القومي للسياسة الخارجية الاردنية يرتكز على منطلقات الثورة العربية عام 1916 التي جاءت لترسيخ مظاهر الوحدة العربية .

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، حيث اكدت الدراسة بأن البعد القومي ركيزة اساسية في توجهات وسلوكيات صانع القرار السياسي الاردني البلدان العربية، من خلال ترسيخ آليات التعاون والتحالف مع الدول العربية، وأوصت الدراسة أن على الدول العربية التضامن والتعاون وتوحيد الصفوف في علاقاته مع في مواجهة التحديات الاقليمية والدولية المحيطة بها.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the national dimension in the Jordanian foreign policy during the period )9999-0202(.

The study addressed the importance of the national dimension in the Jordanian political system and its significance in the orientations and behaviors of the Jordanian foreign policy-makers.

The study also underscored the role of the political decision-makers in consolidating the manifestations and implications of the national dimension about the political discourse in international and national forums and in front of international public opinion.

The study also aimed to identify the role that the Hashemites played towards the establishing the unified state, and their attempts to establish Arab alliances to revive the glory of the rich Arab history.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach in order to analyze regional and international variables as well as their impact on the Jordanian foreign policy-maker concerning the Arab-Arab relationships.

The historical approach was also used to retrieve history and discover solutions to the current problems in light of what happened in the past, in that the national dimension of the Jordanian foreign policy is based on the foundations of the Arab Revolution in 1916, which played a prominent role in consolidating the manifestations of Arab unity.

The study concluded a number of results and recommendations, confirming that the national dimension is considered as a fundamental factor in the orientations and behaviors of the Jordanian political decisionmakers concerning its relationships with Arab countries by setting the mechanisms of cooperation and alliances with Arab countries.

In the light of the results, the study recommended that Arab countries should cooperate and unite their efforts in the face of the regional and international challenges surrounding them.
