There is no doubt that the acceptance of the current administrative case and the initiation of competent court to proceed with its consideration procedures entail a number of legal effects, which would preserve rights from being wasted, or violated in the absence of judicial protection, which enables persons who may be outside the scope of the litigation in original case may present defenses and requests to the court during the ruling on the subject of the original litigation, or one of the original litigants could raise specific issues that might have a major role in preserving his right, or denying the opponent's claims, and the foregoing would result in a number of legal effects related to the two possibilities, and perhaps the other matter that deserves research and expansion of the study is the effect of the symptoms of the administrative litigation itself, and what the original and incidental lawsuit will lead to, as the legal effects appear before the issuance of the judgment with the incidents that occur on the subject of the original litigation in terms of ending or impeding it.
