We have proved in previous research that there is no need for parliament as a third body or public authority, and therefore we call for the adoption of a new regime in which there is no power.

this authority can be called a dual-power system because it depends on the existence of only two branches: the executive and the judiciary., and it has been proved that the need for parliament is not required by the absence of justifications for its existence, which revolves around two main arguments: the historical justification and the justifying the job.

the former has ceased to be established and the second has been prevented from exercising the functions of parliament from other authorities in this research, we discussed how to dispense with parliament in the exercise of both functions, and those who can be granted the authority to direct the function of legislation and supervision.
