Regulating the relationship between state authorities and protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals is one of the important issues that states have begun to seek, and is evidence of the state’s democracy, growth and stability.

the state, especially when circumstances differ, leading to a divergence between the text and reality.

also, the text on the rights and freedoms of individuals and their constitutional regulation is not sufficient to protect them.

hence, the role of the constitutional judiciary appears in democratic countries.

this exceptional importance of the constitutional judiciary places on the legislator grave tasks in the necessity of determining the legal status of the constitutional judge and his rights and duties in order to ensure and protect him from feeling the need or infringement by other authorities with which he may enter into disputes due to the political nature of the constitutional judiciary also, defining duties is necessary to protect the judge from deviation or deviation from the requirements of his job, and for him to perform his role with complete impartiality away from the influence that could be exercised on him to discourage him from performing his great role in regulating the relationship between state authorities and protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals from being overpowered by the authorities.
