the subject of procedural link is one of the important topics within the scope of the civil procedures law as a procedural law and the features of procedural link appear clearly within the scope of this law, as we find that the theory of procedural link has taken a wide space within the scope of the procedural law and became among the important topics in it, as the existence of the idea of procedural link between procedural actions is led to achieve justice within the scope of the judicial procedures, as well as leads to economy in procedures and prevention of conflicting rulings between them.
