Holidays and occasions in Islamic societies have a legal legislation, some of them are proven by the words and actions of the legislator, and some are within the scope of custom that is regulated by the honorable sharia, and others are approved by scholars and people because of their connection, piety and charity.

actually the purpose of the noble sharia lies in glorifying the honorable times associated with the blessed events so that lessons might be recalled, and to activate the legitimate tolerance in those events that develop the meanings of goodness and honor and all that is good in the individual, the family and the community.

accordingly, Muslims should not be stick to it, and deny it to the point of accusing the act of sanctification and its owners as heretics.

phenomena of sharia Eid (Adhha and al-Futur) of Eid prayer as well as its preach is not a type of worship that takes the nature of legislation, rather it is in the sphere of permissible, and what is done in it of righteousness and remembrance is delegated to him within general guidance for the commands of the honorable Shar'a such as absolute advice, feeding food, gathering in the remembrance of Allah almighty and praising, all of which are means of knowledge, remembrance and love.

the research includes three sections, the first: the meanings of the title's vocabulary, the second: the fundamentalist legislation of religious ceremonies, and the third: the fundamentalist legislation of societal celebrations.
