Arabic Abstract

ظهور فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) في الصين و انتشاره السريع في معظم دول العالم و ما تبعه من شل لحركة النقل العالمية و فرض للحجر الصحي و التباعد الاجتماعي و إغلاق للحدود، نجم عليه تأجيل و إلغاء معظم التظاهرات الرياضية.

كما يشهد العالم ارتفاع كبير للنفايات الالكترونية مما يشكل مخاطر بيئية و صحية خطيرة.

وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أولمبياد طوكيو 2020 و تنظيمها في كل هذه التغيرات و التناقضات التي يعيشها العالم، و التي تعتبر كأعظم حدث رياضي يجمع مختلف بلدان العالم على اختلاف ثقافاتهم وعاداتهم و بالتالي يعتبر تنظيمها أكبر تحدي حيث تجمع كل الصعوبات اللوجستية في مدينة واحدة وفي مدة وجيزة لا تتجاوز الشهر و لكن بتحضيرات و تخطيط يفوق عدة سنوات.

توصلت الدراسة إلى أن اليابان استطاعت بفضل التحول الرقمي السيطرة على انتشار فيروس كوونا و أيضا الاستفادة إيجابيا من النفايات الالكترونية و تحويلها الى معادن ثمينة (الميداليات الاولمبية).

The emergence of the Corona virus (COVID-19)

English Abstract

in China and its rapid spread in most countries of the world and the consequent paralysis of the global transport movement, the imposition of quarantine, social distancing, and the closure of borders, resulted in the postponement and cancellation of most sporting events.

The world is also witnessing a significant increase in electronic waste, which poses serious environmental and health risks.

This study aims to shed light on the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and its organization in all these changes and contradictions that the world is experiencing, which is considered as the greatest sporting event that brings together different countries of the world with their different cultures and customs.

More than a month, but with more preparation and planning than several years.

The study concluded that Japan was able, through digital transformation, to control the spread of the Corona virus, as well as to benefit positively from electronic waste and turn it into precious metals (Olympic medals).
