هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة واقع الاختبارات البدنية عند مدربي الكرة الطائرة لصنف أقل من19سنة لرابطة سطيف.
تكونت عينة البحث من 12 مدربا يمثلون مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في رابطة سطيف للكرة الطائرة.
و اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي المناسب لمثل هذه البحوث، حيث تم توزيع استمارة استبيان على المدربين، وقد بين التحليل الإحصائي للنتائج: أن الاختبارات البدنية للاعبي الكرة الطائرة صنف أقل من 19سنة لا يعتبر من أولويات المدرب حيث يكتفي بالملاحظة و المنافسات لمعرفة مستوى لاعبيه البدني أو المهاري
Abstract EN
The study aimed to find out the reality of the physical tests among volleyball coaches for the less than 19-year-old class of the Setif League.
The research sample consisted of 12 coaches representing the study population represented by the Setif Volleyball League.
We adopted the appropriate descriptive approach for such research, whereby a questionnaire was distributed to the trainers.
The statistical analysis of the results showed that the physical tests of the volleyball players under the age of 19 is not considered one of the coach's priorities, as it suffices to observe and compete to assess the physical or skill level of his players.
