Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to identify the effect of a proposed program based on the integration approach (P_T_P) of practical education in the practice of the students of the physics department.

The teaching skills of the department consisted of (50) students selected by random class method from the fourth grade students in physics department For the pure sciences, the University of Mosul for the academic year (2017- 2018) divided into two equal groups in the number and some of the first experimental variables and (25) students were trained according to integration (physical, technological and psychological), while the control group consisted of (25) students Trained according to the program of soils The planned process.

To achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared his proposed training program according to the integration of P_T_P and by analyzing the existing program and the characteristics of the target group as well as the principles and foundations of the integration approach (physical, technological, psychological) and teaching skills.

The preparation of a tool by the researcher required a form of observation that included three teaching skills (formulating and directing questions, diversifying stimuli, and the use of educational techniques) to measure the acquisition of the research sample members.

The final form consisted of 34 paragraphs divided into three performance skills: Education, communication, and classroom communication) and four alternatives (very good, good, medium, weak) distributed in three skills.

The researcher investigated the accuracy, consistency and cykometric characteristics of the tool and then carried out his experiment on the research sample himself with the students of the physics department to train and implement the proposed training program with the students.

After completing the program and distributing students to the schools, the researcher visited the sample members in cooperation with a number of colleagues Experience and Specialization in Teaching Methods The data were then statistically analyzed using the TEST for two independent samples The results indicated that : .1There is a statistically significant difference between the average exercise of the experimental group and the control of the first and last skills (introduction and preparation, communication and classroom communication) and the overall skills and for the benefit of the experimental group.

.2There is no statistically significant difference between the average of the two research groups (experimental and control) in the skills of using educational techniques.

In the light of the results, the researcher came out with several conclusions, including the possibility of applying the proposed training program with the students of the departments of the Faculty of Education.

It also recommended the adoption of the same program in the course of practical education and training of teachers in the other sections of the steps in addition to the emphasis on sensitizing students of the Faculty of Education the importance of teaching profession.

To complement the current research, the researcher also proposed several future studies.
