Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the role of electronic management in improving the performance of the principals at public schools in the Bethlehem governorate.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, while the study sample consisted of (94) managers, that is, 70.6% of the study population were randomly selected.

the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (28) items as a main tool for data collection, the questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS software.

the results indicated that the level of the role of electronic management in improving the performance of the principals at public schools in the governorate of Bethlehem is high.

the variable of competencies and capabilities at the level of arithmetic average language scored 4.0, followed by the variable of infrastructure, and then the variable of management practices by the principals.

the results also indicated that there is no statistically significant differences at the level of a≤.05 in the level of the management role of principals at public schools in the Bethlehem governorate.
