Abstract EN

The main objective of this research is to search for the nature of the relationship between two main variables (paradoxical leader behaviors and the personality architecture of health service providers), in imam al-Sadiq hospital (peace be upon him) Babylon province, thus, the cognitive importance of the current research was represented in the attempt of this research to bridge or reduce the knowledge gap in the relationship between the aforementioned variables, as for its practical importance, it was represented as a real attempt to present a number of proposals and administrative treatments to a real problem that the health sector suffers from in Iraq.
