Abstract EN

The research presents a treatment of one of the various problems and opinions related to the issue of abrogation in the holy Qur'an, the number of its verses, and the diagnosis of the abrogator from the abrogated, then exposure to a concept related to abrogation known as postponement, which is the delay of the rule of the verse as a result of changing its spatial and temporal conditions and its special conditions that lead to the change of the subject of the ruling so it changes judge accordingly ; then it soon returns if its subject and conditions return, and this has caused a difference in the credentials of both abrogation and postponement, so that the situation has reached the point where some deny the occurrence of idiomatic abrogation in the Qur'an and claim that everything that was said of its authentications is a postponement of the ruling and not a copy of it, which is what is expressed by some as conditional abrogation, gradual abrogation, or temporary introductory transcription, and the research concluded that there is no evidence for this and that it did not happen if a specific ruling returned after its abrogation.
