Abstract EN

This research deals with (Matn al-Farid with its explanation) by sheikh Tash Kubra (Zadeh, A.H 968) in which the second type of ordinance came, which is the associations, in which came the definition of the league and the detail of the relative league either with himself or with others, and with others, causation as well as loyalty, at the time it was reached to the following results: the scholars of this nation have been preferred throughout the ages, they have served the pure Islamic sharia, by explaining its provisions, it is their right that we should pray for them and have mercy on them and remind them of the beautiful, the diversity of the opinions.
