Abstract EN

This study was to specify the independent administrative authorities exercises the powers vested in it by the arbitral jurisdiction and to know the difference between tradition arbitration and arbitration given to these authorities, as well as knowledge of the conditions that must be taken when exercising the arbitration function, derive essentially from the parties to the conflict, and the legal procedures when exercising the arbitration function before these authorities.

The results achieved through this study are: represented in the recognition by the legislator of certain authorities with arbitral jurisdiction, which does not mean that they are not unlimited, they are subject to a lot of conditions, the legal texts also witness legal vacuum regarding how to exercise the arbitral function procedures, the arbitral decisions that are very privacy.
