Abstract EN

This article seeks to examine a systemic problem relating to the identification of the foundations of open government mechanisms and their role in ensuring the exercise of the right to access information, from the point of view of the relationship between administration and citizens, with a view to combating administrative corruption, in a transparent manner and through a participatory approach, by examining the reality of e-government in Algeria as an indicator of the requirements of open government and the extent to which it reflects this right, and we have adopted ondescriptive analytical method to highlight the foundations of that government and how it works to achieve the right to access, among its findings.

the policy of openness in Algeria and the restoration of trust between citizens and the administration in obtaining information can only be established by giving effect to the right to access information through a participatory approach with a legal approach.
