Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the most important determinants of private domestic investment in Algeria, Through an econometric study of annual data using autoregressive distributed lag approach (ARDL) during the period 1990-2019, The study found a long-term equilibrium relationship between private domestic investment and its determinants in the econometric model, represented by Real gross domestic product growth, public investment, foreign direct investment, inflation rate, real interest rate, trade openness index and monetary mass, in addition to the effect of these determinants negatively on private domestic investment except for monetary mass and trade openness index, while the real interest rate did not affect it.
