Abstract AR
تهدف دراستنا الى التعرف على أهمية تجسيد نموذج المدن المستدامة في الجزائر في ظل تنامي الاختلالات في التسيير الحضري الراهن للمدن مع الوقوف على أبرز التحديات التي تحول دون ذلك لنصل الى صياغة رؤية شاملة حول فرص و متطلبات تجسيد المدن المستدامة انطلاقا من الواقع المعاش و الإمكانات المتوفرة.
توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أبرزها عدم مواكبة نماذج المدن الجزائرية الحالية مع معايير الاستدامة الحضرية نتيجة تضافر مجموعة من العوامل التنظيمية، الاجتماعية و الثقافية.

، و التي تحتاج إلى صياغة سياسة عمرانية ترتكز على مبادئ التنمية الحضرية المستدامة و أسس التخطيط الحضري الاستراتيجي كما تتطلب تكامل و تعاون مختلف الفواعل المحلية و نشر ثقافة الاستدامة البيئية في المحيط العمراني
Abstract EN
Our study aims to identify the importance of embodying the sustainable cities model in Algeria and the most prominent challenges that prevent it, in order to reach the formulation of a comprehensive vision about the opportunities and requirements of the embodiment of sustainable cities.
The study reached several results, most notably the failure to keep pace with the current Algerian city models with urban sustainability standards, which requires the formulation of a sustainable urban policy and the dissemination of a culture of environmental sustainability in the urban environment.
