Abstract EN

This work deals with the central theme of the migration of individuals from the Maghreb to Europe through the search for influences and consequences for Europe as a result of this, even legal, immigration.

Responses to this question came after examining significant elements and points in direct relations with the subject, such as theories, concepts and statistics; which interlinked and formed steps that facilitated research into the real causes and aspects that lead migrants to prefer European destinations, despite the difficulties that exist in this journey from the decision to go there until the end of the journey.

At the end of the research and as the findings of the study-among many other results-we draw a significant conclusion-that migration from the southern shore of the Mediterranean to the northern shore is a phenomenon that combines what is historic and what is modern, in addition to the fact that this migration has benefited many parties in a negative and positive, albeit disproportionate, way.
