تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى السعي لفهم البيئة الجيوسياسية في آسيا الوسطى و منطقة حوض بحر قزوين، و ما أفرزته فترة ما بعد تفكك الاتحاد السوفياتي، من خلال إبراز تنافس الفواعل الإقليمية و الدولية على إمدادات و نقل الطاقة في المنطقة، بالوسائل الاقتصادية، الدبلوماسية و العسكرية، ما يبرر تواجد القواعد العسكرية الروسية و الأمريكية في المنطقة لضمان احتياجاتهما من النفط و الغاز، و هندسة التفاعلات الطاقوية بما يخدم مصالح كلا منهما.
يعتمد المقال على منهج دراسة الحالة من خلال بحث مسألة أمن الطاقة في منطقة آسيا الوسطى و حوض بحر قزوين.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج تبين أن الاتجاه نحو عسكرة منطقة آسيا الوسطى و حوض بحر قزوين، له تأثير على أمن الطاقة و مسارات و خطوط أنابيب نقل النفط و الغاز الطبيعي
Abstract EN
The monograph address the geopolitics of Central Asia and the Caspian Basin region, by highlighting the competition of regional and international actors for energy supplies in the region, through economic, diplomatic and military means, over the presence of Russian and American military bases in the region to ensure their oil and gas needs.
The article concluded with a set of findings showing that militarization of the Central Asian region and the Caspian Sea basin has an impact on energy security and oil and natural gas pipelines.
